Lena Waithe Joins Cast Of “Westworld” S3





Emmy winner Lena Waithe (“Ready Player One”) has joined the cast of the third season of HBO’s “Westworld” which is currently in production.


Waithe is the creator of Showtime’s “The Chi” and was the first black woman to win the Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series due to her work on “Master of None” at Netflix.

Specifics of her role are under wraps, but she’s the second announced newcomer to the series for the new season – the first being “Breaking Bad” alum Aaron Paul.

“Westworld” is currently filming and is likely to premiere sometime in 2020.

Incredibly clever show, with intelligent writing amidst the on-screen violence.

But I can't pretend that I understand all of it's nuances of layers of plot.
