The last couple of times I have watched this was on MST3K, which just adds to the enjoyment. I love this movie. Honestly, like much of Wood's early stuff, this could have made for a pretty good movie if wood handed the script over to someone to polish the dialogue and film it with a real budget. But Eddie wanted to do it all himself, which one has to commend him for. And the end product is another "so bad it's good" entry into WTF cinema (I think I found a title for a new blog) which is entertaining if you don't take it too seriously.

Yes, he has to be given credit as a man of vision. And even if the end product was shoddy, he seemed incapable of making a boring film. They are all fascinating curios.
