Details: Brothers David and Nathan Zellner follow up the Rinko Kikuchi-led and Spirit Award nominated “Kumiko the Treasure Hunter” with this, their first western feature starring now reliable art house darling Robert Pattinson along with Mia Wasikowska and Robert Forster.
Also said to be partly a comedy, and boasting a score from The Octopus Project (and Pattinson himself), the film follows a wealthy and influential pioneer travelling across west American Frontiers to marry the love of his life. Along the journey, he’s aided by a drunkard and a miniature horse named Butterscotch. The film will have its premiere at Sundance.
