A September 15th launch date has been set for DC Universe, the new streaming service that will serve as the home of multiple new TV series based on DC Comics titles.

Original series like “Titans” will run on Fridays, with live-action shows like “Doom Patrol,” “Swamp Thing” and “Stargirl” also available at a later date along with new animated series like “Young Justice: Outsiders” and “Harley Quinn”. “Titans” will officially premiere on October 12th.

Classic shows will also be available at launch and include “Batman: The Animated Series,” “Justice League,” “Justice League Unlimited” and “Batman: The Brave and the Bold”. There will also be a curated selection of modern and classic DC digital comic books available – check out the official site for more details.

The service will include DC Daily, a new talk series to air five times a week which is set to replace DC All Access. Hosted by Kevin Smith, the first episode of that kicked off today, along with a clip from “Young Justice: Outsiders”. DC Universe will be available for $7.99 a month or $74.99 for the yearly subscription.
