Details: Thriller master Brian dePalma is switching out the Hitchcock meets stylish sleaze template he normally follows in favor of his attempt at Nordic noir with this suspense-filled fast-paced crime thriller from Danish scriptwriter Petter Skavlan (“Kon-Tiki”).

“Game of Thrones” alums Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Carice van Houten play Copenhagen police officers seeking justice for a murder by a mysterious man. The victim was his partner and her lover, and the pair is unwittingly caught in a cat-and-mouse chase with a duplicitous CIA agent who is using them as a pawn to trap ISIS members. Soon they are not only are out for revenge but also trying to save their own lives.

Thriller master Brian dePalma is switching out his sleazy Hitchcock template for Nordic noir with this crime thriller from Danish scriptwriter Petter Skavlan which is also DePalma’s first directorial effort in seven years. “Game of Thrones” alums Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Carice van Houten play Copenhagen police officers seeking justice for a murder by a mysterious man. The victim was his partner and her lover, and the pair is unwittingly caught in a cat-and-mouse chase with a duplicitous CIA agent who is using them as a pawn to trap ISIS members. The director famously says he had a terrible time on set so hopefully the final product isn’t too affected by that.

Brian De Palma’s “Domino” about a police officer that is on the hunt for the ISIS member that killed his partner. De Palma has walked away from the film which Saban Films has announced will hit cinemas and VOD on May 31st.

Saban Films has released the official trailer and poster for Brian DePalma’s thriller “Domino” starring “Game of Thrones” alum Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.


Set n a world wracked by terror and suspicion, Copenhagen police officer Christian (Coster-Waldau), seeks justice for his partner’s murder by an ISIS member named Imran. On the hunt, Christian and a fellow cop are unwittingly caught in a cat and mouse chase with a duplicitous CIA agent (Guy Pearce) who is using Imran as a pawn to trap other ISIS members.

Soon Christian is racing against the clock – not only seeking revenge, but to save his own life. Carice van Houten co-stars in the film which will arrive in theaters and On Demand on May 31st.
