CBS To End “Elementary” With Season 7
CBS has announced that it is bringing its Holmes-inspired procedural drama “Elementary” to a close with the upcoming seventh season to be the show’s last.
All thirteen episodes of the seventh season have been shot, the show wrapping last week, and the network and producers reportedly came to the conclusion to end the show after it was renewed for this seventh season back in May.
As a result series creator Rob Doherty was able to wrap the series how he wanted. That last batch of episodes does not currently have a premiere date. Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu star in the series which has had a confusing run in recent years due to multiple timeslot changes.
