Tom's brother Michael is having out of body experiences in his sleep, and seems to have visions of an African leader being assassinated. Roy brings him into Dept 7 for tests and wants to increase the experience that Michael is having. Roy and Tom are locked in bitter dispute. Meanwhile Omega faction is trying to use mind control on the African leaders son, a student in Edinburgh, to kill.
