Remember Palmer's Uncle Jimmy character and his project to set up a secret army for when the balloon went up? Well this is about that army,but BBC owned the copyright so here Channel 4 and Nobbs altered the character slightly and used another name for Palmer's character, but fans will recognise the Palmer's Jimmy in the Truscott leader of this secret army.
