Great series, one of my all time favourite shows. Preferred the later series with Leonard Nimoy, and then Lynda Day George joining the regulars, Peter Graves, Greg Morris et al.
Still like the Landau and Bain episodes, but they're a little far fetched. Still good though.

The revival in 1988, I enjoyed too. Not as good, but the new characters all worked, and nice to have Peter Graves as a reassuring presence.

Just - nothing with Tom Cruise, OK? - I find him truly annoying and the format overstretched to full-length films. But mainly Cruise - shiny twerp.

The opening scene of the first movie was a pretty good MI scene. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there into a "Tom Cruise, superhero" franchise.
