Classic comedy by Eric Chappell of Rising Damp fame. James Bolam now known for New Tricks along with Peter Bowles of To The Manor Born , are long term patients or malingerers in this hospital comedy.

Loved this show to bits when it was on. Like many series of those days, you knew what you were getting every episode, like a comfortable pair of slippers. But that didn't make it any less a quality show.
