Jessica Chastain will both produce and play legendary Oscar-winning Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman in the period piece “Seducing Ingrid Bergman”.
The story follows Bergman’s romance with Robert Capa, a photojournalist famed for his images of combat.
The picture is set in the aftermath of World War II and extends to the dawn of the McCarthy hearings into communist subversion.
Arash Amel (“Grace of Monaco”) wrote the screenplay while Uday Chopra will produce.
