Teaser: Spike Lee’s “She’s Gotta Have It” Series
Netflix has premiered the announcement trailer for Spike Lee’s new TV series “She’s Gotta Have It” based on his classic 1986 debut feature.
DeWanda Wise stars as Nola Darling, a Brooklyn-based artist in her late twenties struggling to define herself and divide her time amongst her friends, work and three lovers (Cleo Anthony, Lyriq Bent, Anthony Ramos).
Lee is directing all ten episodes of the first season wth Tonya Lewis Lee executive producing. The series will debut on Netflix this Thanksgiving.
