Old Gory returns to haunt Motley, and an American authoress and her husband arrive on a mission to contact the spirit of Sir George to help them answer an Uproar family ancestry question.

Average episode as a husband and wife turn up at Motley. They are from the American branch of the Uproar family.
She is convinced the ghost of Sir George is in Motley, which it is of course, and can help her put together a family tree.
She has various gadgets to try and communicate with Sir George, all fail.
Meanwhile the moaning ghost of Old Gory turns up, and the ghosts get him to be a conduit between them and her. What will happen when she sees a headless ghost is revealed at the end. Okay instalment, 7 out of 10.
