Not the most gripping story, in my opinion.

Six episodes is pushing it's luck, I think.

This may have made a nice four parter.

This may have made a nice four parter.

Not enough story for the episode count and a pointless plan by The Master. And the timing is a bit confusing. This is the next story after Terror of the Autons and yet The Master has been working as Professor Keller for 6 months? And did he honestly think that 'curing' criminals wouldn't give him a level of fame that would draw UNIT's attention to him?
