Ian Chesterton has to be the biggest (cruelly) missed opportunity of the show's entire run.

Shame on you Moffat. Particularly as that window must be rapidly closing now.


As for other characters, i would still like to see an un-regenerated Maxil make a return. Now President, but still a first class a-hole.





Colin gets to come back playing fat and debauched. They could easily have popped him into DAY OF THE DOCTOR actually.

Missed opportunities Moffat. You fool.
