I think the actual Ghost Rider was a good choice. Mac would had been an overpowered Ghost Rider. Mac itself its too great being just a human. I prefer him as human :)

Lovely, just lovely. Helen Slater was the best Supergirl ever. That mix between childish innocent and somewhat sexy outfit & outlook was for me, an instant crash when I was young. I'm still in love with the Supergirl in that movie.
