BURT REYNOLDS SAID HE WAS PROUD OF HIS WORK
In an interview published a few hours before his death, Burt Reynolds made it clear that he had no interest in slowing down, even at 82 years of age. In fact, he felt that the roles he was being offered in recent years finally gave him the opportunity to take risks. "I'm really proud of the work I'm doing," Reynolds told Fort Myers Florida Weekly. "You must give the parties before you can take a chance, they're giving me the parts now." Reynolds released five films in 2017 alone. He also starred in the boxing film Shadow Fighter in March, and finished filming Defining Moments, which will hit theaters in December.
