Remember this from the seventies? Alan Plater's North of England comedy starring Bill Maynard. ITV's answer to Frank Spencer. Three series were made, the first two with Plater hands on, the third suffered a little ,more varied writers, but still watchable. A fourth series just titled Selwyn saw Maynard's character become an entertainment officer at a run down holiday camp and saw Selwyn back on form.
