    Review Modern Who Companions

Ah. Well, I liked her personality (bossy and pushy as it was) but I hated the Impossible Girl arc (they could have resolved it by having her presence negate the Great Intelligence, except for twice when he missed it for some reason, and then not had a damn leaf resurrect her) and this...

    Review The "NEW WHO" Showrunners

My beef with him is his poor resolution of season-long arcs. Don't start an intriguing storyline with no real direction and a crummy ending! And the same way I hated Rose's turn as the Doctor's whole world, Clara was worse. More mistakes were making Amy and River overly bitchy, dumping on Rory...

    Review The Eccleston Doctor

I know this is crying over spilled milk, but as much as I like John Hurt, I wish he'd done the 50 year special. It would have made so much more sense.

Review The Sarah Jane Adventures (2007)

I didn't see the last season, but for a children's show, it was pretty good. The one thing I hate about Sarah Jane's portrayal is that she grew lonely and bitter. Why not find love and a more fruitful life after the Doctor? Jo Grant didn't spend her life pining after him. I know Elizabeth Sladen...

    Fun H. G. Wells

I do love the musical version. And I think the end of the book is brilliant! How could the aliens know better?

    Review Torchwood (2006)

The first two seasons were awful, imho. I kept watching because it was related to Doctor Who. Now the third season, that was spectacular. Great story and great acting! They finally gave Ian a personality The fourth season wasn't as good but it was fun to watch.

Those are two of my favorite episodes. The young man was so creepy, he stole the show!

    Review Rose (2005)

Oh, when she and the tenth Doctor started making googly eyes at each other, and then he behaved like he lost the best thing he ever had after they got separated (and poor Martha got pretty much shafted by him and the stupid writers who had to make her fall in love with the Doctor) it soured me...

    Review Grimm (2011)

OMG! I know they said no one was safe. Well, with only one action-packed episode to go, we don't have time to miss them.

    Review Rose (2005)

Yeah, lots of planets have a north! I liked this one. Rose, apart from leaving everyone behind (but she didn't know the Doctor would return her a yeat later) was pretty sympathetic at this point.

Review Films That You Think Were Ruined by Actors/Directors/Writers!

Well well well! With all the different endings they could have made three movies! You know what would have been creative (but a little jarring, since the movie would have to take a different turn)? To have a Sliding Doors scenario with all the endings, but the rest of the film would have to be...

Oh go ahead and spoil it. We already know how the actual movie ended, and I'm intrigued by this alternate ending of which you speak. From what you've said, I can already tell it won't be (to borrow a quote from the movie ) Cinder-fuckin'-rella. :emoji_wink:

    Review Frozen (2013)

I think the feminist message (a big step for Disney) was that Elsa saved Anna with her true love, rather than a man. A villain in the original story, I did like that they made Elsa sympathetic. Peeves: I didn't care for Olaf and the villains were a little over the top for me.

That was one of my favorites! My brother and I had all the toys. I also liked Gumby, the Smurfs, Voltron, and Jem. My brother loved the Transformers. Sometimes we watched G.I. Joe.
