Now that you mention it, I do recall several attempts to make a TV series based on BILL & TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE. None of them were near the quality of the movie, though.

It's in my Top Ten Vampire films of all time. There are elements that feel dated, but the story is solid. Great acting from the cast (although, I agree with @TheSowIsMine about the two Coreys), great effects, and wonderful soundtrack.

All of my fellow sci-fi fans friends went ape over this movie. We sat and watched it one night, and I absolutely hated it. Visually stunning, to be sure, but the story was terrible. Bits and pieces of every Native American movie made. My wife loves it, and can't understand my dislike for it.
