First Trailer: Tom Cruise Is “American Made”
Just in time for this week’s “The Mummy” reboot in which he stars, Universal Pictures has posted the first one-sheet and trailer for a more dramatic and grounded Tom Cruise-led drama opening this year – “American Made”.
Re-teaming with his “Edge of Tomorrow” director Doug Liman, the true story tale has Cruise playing a TWA pilot recruited by the CIA to help with a rising communist threat in Central America. His work with the CIA leads to Seal being involved with the Medellin cartel and drug smuggling.
Sarah Wright, Domhnall Gleeson, and Jesse Plemons also star in the film which opens September 22nd.
