Full Trailer: “Birth of the Dragon”
BH Tilt has premiered the full trailer for Bruce Lee vs. Wong Jack Man fight film “Birth of the Dragon”.
George Nolfi (“The Adjustment Bureau”) helms the film which recreates the mid-1960s fight between martial arts legends Lee (Philip Ng) and Wong (Yu Xia) from the point of view of a young martial arts student (Billy Magnussen) whose allegiance became torn between both men.
After his battle with Wong, Lee reinvented himself and his style of kung fu to become legend. Iconic Chinese artist and television host Jin Xing will play the villain, Jinging Qu also stars, and Corey Yuen serves as martial arts choreographer.
Christopher Wilkinson and Stephen J. Rivele (“Nixon,” “Ali”) penned the film which opens August 25th.
