A much under-rated story in my opinion.

I loved the city, which I think is a kind of early version of Blake's Liberator.... A glowing white city (in space, in Blake's case) capable of self-regeneration and with in built defence mechanisms.

And God, I adored Bellal as a character and thought he would have made a fantastic companion for the Doctor.
