Garris, Dante, Slade To Visit “Nightmare Cinema”
Genre filmmakers Mick Garris, Joe Dante, David Slade, Ryuhei Kitamura and Alejandro Brugues are joining together for “Nightmare Cinema,” a five short film anthology horror feature at Cinelou Films and Good Deed Entertainment.
Each tale follows a down-on-their-luck individual who enters the decrepit and spine-chilling Rialto theater, only to have their deepest and darkest fears brought to life on the silver screen by the mysterious The Projectionist (Mickey Rourke) who holds the nightmarish futures of all who attend his screenings.
By the time the patrons realise the truth, escape is no longer an option. Garris, Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Joe Russo, Scott Donley, Lenny Shapiro, Wayne Marc Godfrey and Robert Jones are producing.
