Good stuff, but a perhaps a little too indebted to Carpenter's THE FOG.

Nicholas Parsons aquits himself well, despite the major handicap of being known largely to UK audiences for this........

I have no problem with JNT's policy of casting familiar faces from light entertainment. I think Beryl Reid was great in EARTHSHOCK and Doddy was fine in DELTA.

I am glad McCoy got some good episodes in his era and this story is a highlight.
