I can’t drink coffee without cream. Starbucks coffee is awful, imo, but I get it cause it’s there. McDonalds coffee is better. But the best thing for me is green tea - straight green tea, no jasmine or lemon, the way the Japanese drink it. My favorite brand is a Japanese brand, Ito En.

Yes, I wish I’d become an atheist 20 years earlier. It would have been better for my mental health. But I can’t let my family and some friends know. I used to resent having to censor myself but I kind of accept the idiots in my life.

The church was never especially tolerant, as I recall. The church I grew up in was pretty bad. Nowadays people in general are pretty irreverent about everything, including religion. I for one welcome this new attitude. :emoji_wink:

Yes, the Doctor is a little more restrained. Kind of like Classic Who, and the 9th Doctor come to think of it. He started getting too big for his britches when he was played by David Tennent.

I saw one episode of the show and liked it. I didn’t know what show it was though, I just turned to it one day. That was before you could look up what show it was on cable.

Wow! I guess that’s why the critics panned it - it wasn’t historically accurate. But could the real story have fit in a two hour movie? I really wonder what the original script was like.
