I have attempted twice in the last few years to sit and re-watch this one, and I fall asleep every time. It's stunning to look at. The visuals, the colors, the effects. But it feels, at least to me, to be much too long. Only my opinion, of course, mate. But yeah, I just can't get into it.

Let the Right One In is a modern classic! I absolutely love that film. I want to see the American remake, but kind of don't, because I get sick of American remakes, and I fail to see how it could be improved upon.

Money was hard to come by for my folks, so movie going became a treasured experience for me. Somehow, I was able to see JEDI twice that summer. TPM was such a fun time. I went to the other two prequels at midnight, but due to work schedules, I didn't get there till about 10 pm those nights...

I highly recommend a great many of his films. Hitch truly was a master of his craft, creating real tension and suspense, something that more modern directors need to learn.

Strangely, I only have two of Hitch's movies in my collection. PSYCHO, which is required viewing, and ROPE, which is my favorite of his films. That's one of those movies that should be held in high esteem by anyone who loves film.
