I love series 1-6. I hated series 7, mostly because they had a perfect set up to go into the next series, but they ignored it and went a different way. 8 was better, and I really liked 9 & 10. Haven't seen 11 yet.

Another of the series that Fox mismanaged, Brimstone only lasted 13 episodes, but should have had a very long run. You can see it as being kind of a precursor to Supernatural.

I've seen some of League of Gentlemen. The others I haven't delved into yet. The newest Britcom I really got into was Vicious, with Sirs Ian McKellan and Derek Jacobi. Such a great show.

I've a few friends that suffer from that. My sympathies.

A few years back, I found a Marvel Action Figure set of all four of the horror titles: Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, The Mummy and The Werewolf. I happened across it on clearance at Walmart for five buck, I think. I took it home and set in in a tote with some other action figures that I have...

Doctor Who The Twilight Zone Star Trek: TOS MASH Arrow/The Flash/DC's Legends of Tomorrow/Supergirl (I'm counting all of those as one show for the purposes of this thread :rolleyes:)

I think my absolute favorite moment comes from the head injury episode when Basil goes off on the German tourists and mimics Hitler.

Truly a wonderful man. Every role he played he was perfect in. He was so great at conveying complete evil, but also amazing pathos and heroics. And as you said, a true gentleman in every way.

That was during Series IX, right? The three part one where they go back to Earth and find out they're part of a television program? Great stuff. The last time I attempted suicide by boredom, I tried watching SEX IN THE CITY. The horror....
