Yeah I saw that too. He's often been listed as someone people would like to see play the Doctor but given the similarities I think there would need to be at least a couple more regenerations to separate them.

It also depends on what your body considers hot. I've seen plenty of people who are dying of heat exhaustion when it gets to 28 (celcius - about 82f) but since where I'm from it can get up to 42C (107f) I'm OK in that weather and can wear pretty much anything.

Seems to me to be just another normal day in the US. And the evidence for it being a politically motivated shooting seems pretty much based on hearsay. Based on the evidence available I don't see that there's much to talk about. I agree that on IMDB this probably would have been a hot topic but...

Maybe in 2030 they can go back and refilm that final scene and replace it. That's assuming the series hasn't been rebooted three times by then of course.

It's almost like they wrote the story first rather than planning out some action scenes and writing a movie around them :emoji_wink:

Well that was actually pretty good. Not perfect by any means, but far and away the best DC movie so far. They actually told a coherent story as opposed to a collection of vaguely related scenes like Batman v Superman. And they had the courage to give the story time to breathe and not rush things.

And that's what makes it the rare sequel that stands as an (almost) equal to the original. Most sequels fall into the trap of making the same movie as the original but with more explosions/jokes/villains/etc.

Plot synopsis: People drive around in fast car doing ridiculous stunts and blowing things up. Fixed it for you.

Going to see it in a couple of hours. Looking forward to it based on what I've heard so far. This will be the first DCEU movie I've gone to see in theatres.

I think you need to get of your ass and start submitting screenplays to some of these shows. I'd totally watch this.

Ghostbusters was a one movie concept. It worked because it had the right cast with the right script at the right time. Lightning in a bottle. The sequel proved that the magic of the original was a one-off. The reboot just proved that even further.

The opening scene of the first movie was a pretty good MI scene. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there into a "Tom Cruise, superhero" franchise.
