I'm really not sure where they'll go for this story. Obi-Wan's story was basically told in the prequels, with him still being a padawan in the first one, and retiring to Tatooine at the end of the third one.

2018 is shaping up to be a big movie year for me. Usually I only see 2-3 movies a year but I've got my sights on at least 6 so far and this is definitely one of them.

I wouldn't have an issue with breaking continuity for something so minor, if it serves the story. In any case, the information shown on those screens was a display of what the Nova Corps knew about the characters. It's possible that they had some incorrect information to begin with.

I was disappointed that she wasn't able to make a cameo in the first one. Especially since she found time to make a couple of appearances in Supergirl (and still looks fantastic).

I'm feeling a distinct lack of interest in this. I don't mind seeing a new version of the story but doesn't anybody have an original take on the concept? It seems like they just keep making the same movie over and over again.

Actually Adric did make an appearance in the very next episode after his death. Fortunately it was just a false image and not the real thing.

I don't disagree. I think he's actually a pretty good actor overall though, and it says something that even he wasn't able to demonstrate that with the way the character was written.

So I made it through Batman v Superman (the extended edition, which I hadn't seen before). I have to say it definitely makes far more sense than what was originally released. It's still a bloated mess though. Having seen it again I now think it would have been better if it was split into two...

I'm planning on watching the extended edition which, by all accounts, is more coherent than the theatrical release which is what I originally saw.
